Hit and run suspect leads police on multi-county pursuit in Ky

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) – On Saturday, January 2, 2021 at approximately 4:44pm, Marshall County 911 received calls of a hit and run vehicle in the Draffenville area.
The suspect vehicle stuck another vehicle and then fled the scene.
Multiple other calls began to come in on the vehicle as it drove recklessly in the area and even through yards.
A Kentucky State Trooper located the vehicle quickly as Deputies were in route.
The Trooper initiated a traffic stop but the suspect vehicle fled west bound on US68 through Draffenville.
Marshall County Deputies picked up the pursuit as the vehicle swerved left to right on the roadway forcing other vehicles off the shoulders.
Officers had to do everything possible to put a stop to the wanton conduct of the operator in the suspect vehicle.
