Police: Four arrested for ‘pepper spray’ robberies at stores following chase

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — A string of robberies and a car chase involving towns and highways across the Midstate Saturday started in Lancaster County and ended in Cumberland County.

By dusk Saturday, a white SUV driven by four suspects was being towed away at the interchange of 11, 15 and 581 in Camp Hill. Police say events started hours earlier at the Tanger outlet mall in East Lampeter, Lancaster Co., where the Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors stores were robbed. Next, they say, the Ralph Lauren store at the Tanger in Hershey was robbed. There, an employee was also pepper sprayed. By then, police across Midstate PA were on alert.
